Employed Worker Training Program Funding Assistance Program (EWT)

CSFV offers services with recruiting, hiring, training and employee retention.  We’re there to help our local businesses in providing resources for training, especially financial assistance to train current and newly hired employees.

Training Reimbursement Programs:

1. On-The-Job Training (OJT):  Reduce the cost of training new full-time employees. Employers may be eligible for up to 50% reimbursement of the employee’s wages for the approved training period.
2. Customized Training (CT): CSFV can assist employers by funding a portion of the training for existing employees to upgrade skills and retain employment while keeping businesses competitive.
