April 2021: Updates for Our Community

From Southeast Volusia Manufacturing and Technology Coalition (SEVMTC) to our City Partners, our business leaders, and our educators, thank you for your support of our community!  We are a third of the way through 2021, and SEVMTC is excited about the continued opportunities for the rest of this year! But before we move farther into 2021, we’d like to take a moment to recognize our community, businesses and citizens impacted by Covid-19. Our hearts and prayers go out to each and every person and our sincere wish is personal and professional health and prosperity finds its way to you this year.  SEVMTC and our cities are open and ready to embrace the rest of 2021's opportunities.

We at Southeast Volusia Manufacturing and Technology Coalition SEVMTC made great strides towards our vision, mission, and goals in spite of the challenges in 2020.  Your Committee completed and launched three videos in Nov 2020; a 30-second, 60-second and a three-minute video, which will be used by SEV Chamber of Commerce, Team Volusia, and our City Partners to promote our three cities of New Smyrna Beach, Edgewater, and Oak Hill as one economic region and THE place to bring your new business or expand your current business. SEV is a vibrant community with a growing workforce, the largest contiguous industrial sites, site-ready locations, technical training opportunities, and a coastal lifestyle second to none.

Stay tuned to SEVMTC and connect with us for more about our current and proposed new businesses, city and SEVMTC news and a new exclusive technical training programs for Volusia County.
