The Widening of Park Avenue is Underway!
Park Avenue is the east west corridor of the largest contiguous industrially zoned area in Volusia
County and it is being widened as an economic development project to provide a gateway to the
area. The industrial area is comprised of the Parktowne Industrial Center, Massey Ranch
Airpark, the proposed Aerotech Business Park and many individually owned parcels stretching
from US-1 to Old Mission Rd. This was made possible by a public private partnership between
the City of Edgewater, Volusia County and a private landowner.
